1. BUSINESS MODEL & CLIENT ELIGIBILITY

  • We operate primarily as a manufacturer and exporter of high-quality stainless steel instruments, adult toys, restraints, and related products.

  • Our services are intended for B2B buyers (wholesalers, distributors, resellers, and bulk purchasers).

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and authorized to enter into a commercial purchase agreement.

2. PRODUCTS & MANUFACTURING

  • All products are manufactured in Pakistan using high-grade stainless steel or other specified materials.

  • Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for reference. Minor variations in finish, size, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue products, change specifications, or improve designs without prior notice.

3. PRICING

  • All prices listed on the website are exclusive of shipping costs, customs duties, and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may be shown in USD or other currencies; actual billing will be in the agreed currency at the time of order confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice prior to order confirmation.

4. SHIPPING TERMS (FOB PAKISTAN)

  • All orders are shipped under FOB (Free On Board) Pakistan terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Product prices shown at checkout do not include shipping charges.

  • Shipping is calculated after your order is packed and weighed.

  • The buyer will receive a separate shipping invoice, payable before dispatch.

  • The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their country.

5. SHIPPING PROCESS

  1. Buyer places an order and pays for products only.

  2. We pack and weigh the order.

  3. We obtain shipping quotes from our carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, air freight, sea freight).

  4. We send the shipping invoice to the buyer.

  5. Upon receipt of shipping payment, we dispatch the order and provide tracking details.

6. LEAD TIMES & DELIVERY

  • Standard manufacturing lead times vary depending on product type and order quantity.

  • Estimated dispatch times will be communicated upon order confirmation.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events.

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or breach of these Terms.

  • Orders cancelled before production starts may be eligible for a full or partial refund, excluding administrative costs.

  • Orders cancelled after production begins are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Due to the custom and wholesale nature of our products, all sales are final unless products are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Claims for defects or shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt, with photographic evidence.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CUSTOM PRODUCTION

  • All designs, branding, and images on this site are the intellectual property of Perfectra Instruments unless otherwise stated.

  • Buyers requesting custom production must ensure they have legal rights to any logos, trademarks, or designs provided to us.

  • We will not be liable for any infringement claims arising from custom orders based on buyer-supplied designs.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

  • Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

11. GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms and all transactions with Perfectra Instruments shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • The most recent version will always be available on our website.
