1. Business Model and Client Eligibility
Perfectra Instruments operates primarily as a manufacturer, exporter, and wholesale supplier of stainless steel adult novelty products, BDSM gear, bondage accessories, restraints, fetish gear, private-label products, and related specialty manufacturing items.
Our services are intended for professional B2B buyers only, including:
- Wholesalers

- Bulk procurement buyers
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are acting as a professional business buyer.
- You are legally authorized to represent your company.

3. Products, Materials, and Manufacturing
Our products are manufactured in Pakistan using stainless steel and other specified materials according to product type and buyer requirements.
Where applicable:
- Insertable or body-contact internal products may be manufactured from 316L stainless steel, where specified.
- External restraints, cuffs, bondage hardware, chains, spreader bars, collars, and similar external products may be manufactured from 304 stainless steel, where specified.
- Leather, silicone, rubber, brass, aluminum, titanium, coatings, plating, and other materials may be used only where specifically stated or agreed.
Material grade, dimensions, finish, packaging, logo engraving, and other specifications must be confirmed in writing before production where required.
Minor variations in finish, polish, surface appearance, dimensions, weight, and packaging may occur due to normal manufacturing processes, especially in handmade or custom production.
We reserve the right to improve designs, adjust specifications, discontinue products, or change production methods without prior notice, provided confirmed orders are not materially affected without buyer communication.
4. Request for Quote, Wholesale Pricing, and Order Confirmation
This website may show catalog products, inquiry forms, RFQ buttons, sample request options, or wholesale information. Submission of an inquiry or RFQ does not create a confirmed order.
An order is confirmed only when:
- We issue a quotation, proforma invoice, sales confirmation, or written order confirmation; and
- The buyer accepts the commercial terms; and
- Required payment, deposit, or written approval is received.
Wholesale pricing may depend on:

- Material grade
- Finish

- Packaging requirements

5. Pricing and Taxes

6. Payment Terms

Production may not begin until the required advance payment, deposit, or written payment confirmation is received.

Any banking fees, intermediary bank charges, currency conversion charges, or payment processing costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Shipping Terms and Incoterms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders are supplied under FOB Pakistan terms or another agreed Incoterm stated in the proforma invoice or order confirmation.
Shipping terms may include, but are not limited to:
- EXW
- FOB
- CFR
- CIF
- DAP
- Courier dispatch
- Air freight
- Sea freight
Product prices shown or quoted may not include shipping unless expressly stated.
Shipping charges may be calculated after goods are packed, weighed, measured, and prepared for dispatch.
The buyer may receive a separate freight or shipping invoice, payable before dispatch.
Risk, responsibility, insurance, and cost transfer will follow the agreed Incoterms and written commercial terms.
8. Shipping Process
A typical order process may include:
- Buyer submits inquiry, RFQ, or purchase requirement.
- Perfectra issues quotation or proforma invoice.
- Buyer confirms order and makes required payment.
- Production, packing, and quality checks are completed.
- Goods are packed, weighed, and measured.
- Freight quotation is obtained or buyer nominates freight forwarder.
- Shipping invoice or freight confirmation is issued where applicable.
- Shipment is dispatched after payment and documentation completion.
- Tracking details, airway bill, bill of lading, or shipment documents are provided where available.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to production workload, customs procedures, freight schedules, carrier delays, documentation requirements, or force majeure events.
9. Customs, Import Compliance, and Destination Laws
The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that products can be legally imported, distributed, marketed, sold, or used in the destination country.
The buyer is responsible for:
- Import permits
- Customs clearance
- HS code verification
- Product classification
- Labeling requirements
- Local adult product regulations
- Distributor licensing
- Tax/VAT/GST registration
- Customs duties
- Destination testing or certification
- Legal resale requirements
Perfectra may assist with export documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, chamber documentation, or shipping paperwork where applicable, but we do not guarantee that any product is legal to import or sell in every jurisdiction.
We are not responsible for customs seizure, import refusal, delays, penalties, storage fees, or legal consequences caused by destination country restrictions.
10. Lead Times and Production Timelines
Lead times vary depending on:
- Product type
- Quantity
- Material availability
- Customization
- Tooling or mold requirements
- Surface finish
- Packaging requirements
- Current factory workload
- Shipping method
Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, freight forwarders, port congestion, government action, material shortages, force majeure events, buyer delays, late approvals, or delayed payments.
11. Custom OEM/ODM Production
For custom products, private-label orders, buyer-specific sizing, special finishes, laser logo engraving, packaging artwork, or OEM/ODM manufacturing, the buyer must provide accurate specifications.
Buyer-supplied materials may include:
- CAD files
- STEP files
- DXF files
- Technical drawings
- Reference samples
- Logo files
- Packaging artwork
- Dimensions
- Material requirements
- Finish requirements
- Tolerance requirements
The buyer confirms that they own or have legal rights to use all designs, logos, trademarks, drawings, and intellectual property supplied to Perfectra.
Perfectra is not responsible for infringement claims arising from buyer-supplied designs, logos, technical drawings, or packaging artwork.
Mass production may begin after approval of a sample, drawing, specification sheet, or written production confirmation.
If production matches the approved sample or written specification, the product will not be considered defective due to later buyer preference changes.
12. Tooling, Molds, Samples, and Development Costs
Custom tooling, molds, fixtures, samples, prototypes, artwork setup, special packaging, or engineering development may require additional charges.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Tooling and development charges are non-refundable once work has started.
- Sample fees are non-refundable after sample production.
- Custom molds and tooling may remain in our factory for production control and repeat manufacturing.
- Buyer-specific molds or tooling will not be released, transferred, or shipped unless separately agreed in writing.
13. Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:
- Suspected fraud
- Payment issues
- Export or import compliance concerns
- Incomplete buyer information
- Restricted destination country
- Product misuse concerns
- Breach of these Terms
- Technical infeasibility
- Unreasonable production requirements
Buyer cancellation terms depend on the order stage.
Orders cancelled before production begins may be eligible for full or partial refund, excluding administrative, banking, sampling, design, tooling, or preparation costs.
Orders cancelled after production begins are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom OEM/ODM orders, private-label orders, engraved items, special finishes, and buyer-specific production runs cannot usually be cancelled after production confirmation.
14. Returns, Defects, and Free Replacement Policy
Because our products are supplied as factory-direct wholesale orders, bulk inventory runs, and custom manufacturing projects, all commercial sales are final.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Unsold inventory
- Incorrect buyer selection
- Wrong quantity ordered by buyer
- Market preference changes
- Products matching approved samples or specifications
However, we stand behind our manufacturing quality.
If a product is verified to be defective, damaged on arrival, or outside the approved manufacturing specification, we may provide:
- Free replacement units
- Replacement units added to the next shipment
- Replacement dispatch by courier or freight where commercially reasonable
- Commercial credit toward the next production order
Claims must be reported within 14 calendar days of cargo arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Claims must include:
- Proforma invoice number
- Product name or SKU/article number
- Batch or lot reference, where applicable
- Quantity affected
- Clear description of the issue
- High-resolution photos or videos
- Packaging photos if shipping damage is involved
Unauthorized return shipments are not accepted. Do not send goods back to our Sialkot facility without prior written authorization.
15. Shipping Damage and Freight Claims
If cargo arrives visibly damaged, the buyer must:
- Photograph unopened cartons, pallets, crates, or containers
- Note the damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading, airway bill, delivery note, or receiving document
- Keep all damaged packaging for inspection
- Notify Perfectra within the inspection period
- Provide supporting photos and videos
Liability for freight damage depends on the agreed Incoterms, carrier responsibility, insurance coverage, and freight arrangement.
Where possible, we may assist with claim documentation, but final liability will follow the agreed shipping terms.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content, product photography, catalog text, designs, graphics, brand materials, product names, layouts, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Perfectra unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially use our website content, images, product descriptions, or brand materials without written permission.
Buyer-supplied intellectual property remains the responsibility of the buyer. By submitting logos, designs, CAD files, drawings, or artwork, the buyer confirms they have the legal right to use and provide those materials for manufacturing.
17. Confidentiality of Buyer Files and Technical Information
We treat buyer-supplied technical drawings, CAD files, product concepts, private-label information, logos, and specifications as confidential business information.
We may use these files only for:
- Quotation
- Technical review
- Sampling
- Production
- Quality control
- Packaging
- Repeat manufacturing
- Export or compliance needs where applicable
We do not sell buyer-submitted technical files to unrelated third parties.
Access may be provided only to relevant internal teams, approved production staff, service providers, or advisors where necessary to complete the project.
18. Website Accuracy and Catalog Information
We try to keep website information accurate and updated. However, errors may occur in descriptions, images, specifications, stock status, pricing, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change product details, or cancel orders affected by incorrect information.

The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Perfectra Instruments, its owners, employees, representatives, suppliers, and service providers from claims, damages, penalties, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Buyer’s breach of these Terms
- Buyer’s violation of import/export laws
- Buyer’s misuse of products
- Buyer-supplied designs, logos, trademarks, or CAD files
- Regulatory non-compliance in the buyer’s market
- False or incomplete information provided by the buyer
- Claims made by buyer’s customers, distributors, or end users
22. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- War or civil unrest
- Strikes or labor disruption
- Government restrictions
- Export or import restrictions
- Customs delays
- Port congestion
- Carrier delays
- Pandemics
- Power outages
- Material shortages
- Currency or banking restrictions
- Fire, flood, or factory disruption
In such cases, timelines may be extended or orders may be adjusted where necessary.
23. Privacy and Data Handling
Use of this website and submission of business, personal, technical, or corporate information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
