 How OEM Development Works 

Custom manufacturing starts with a clear product reference. We review the product idea, confirm what can be manufactured, develop or prepare a sample where required, and move into production after buyer approval.

  • 01 — Send Reference

    Send product photos, drawings, dimensions, samples, packaging ideas or technical requirements.

  • 02 — Feasibility Review

    We review the design, construction method, material requirement, finish options and production feasibility.

  • 03 — Confirm Specification

    Product dimensions, material, mechanism, finish, branding, packaging and target quantity are confirmed where applicable.

  • 04 — Sample / Prototype

    A sample or prototype can be developed where required so the buyer can evaluate the product before production.

  • 05 — Buyer Approval

    Production moves forward after the buyer approves the sample, specification, finish and commercial details.

  • 06 — Production

    Products are manufactured according to the approved specification, construction method and order requirement.

  • 07 — QC & Packing

    Products are checked for dimensions, fitting, mechanisms, edges, surface finish, branding and packing requirements.

  • 08 — Dispatch

    Finished products are packed and prepared for worldwide dispatch according to the agreed order terms.

Private Label & Branding

Perfectra can prepare products for buyer branding, private-label collections and retail presentation where applicable.

Branding requirements can include laser engraving, product markings, logo placement, packaging labels, inserts, barcodes or buyer-specific packing instructions. Requirements should be confirmed before sampling or production so the final product matches your brand and market needs.

Finishes, Engraving & Packaging

OEM and private-label work is not only about adding a logo. The finish, engraving, markings and packaging should be confirmed before production so the finished product matches the brand requirement as closely as possible.

  • Polished Stainless Steel

    Mirror-polished or polished stainless-steel finishes can be prepared according to the product and buyer requirement.

  • Powder Coating

    Powder-coated finishes can be reviewed for applicable products, color requirements and production quantities.

  • Gold Plating

    Gold plating and other special finishes can be reviewed according to the product design, quantity and finish specification.

  • Black Plasma Coating

    Black plasma coating can be offered for applicable stainless-steel products where the product design and finish requirement support it.

  • Laser Engraving

    Logos, product markings, size references and article identification can be engraved on applicable stainless-steel products.

  • Packaging Presentation

    Products can be prepared with buyer labels, inserts, barcode labels, custom packing instructions or retail-ready presentation where required.

Sample & Prototype Approval

For custom products, the sample stage helps confirm the product before production begins.

Depending on the project, we can prepare a sample, modified product or prototype for your review. This allows you to check the dimensions, material, finish, engraving, mechanism, fitting, packaging direction and overall presentation before approving production.

Once approved, the sample and agreed specification become the reference for future production.
